The Automobile Association - AA have announced their new Smartfuel programme partner through an email to people signed up to the programme.

GAS Service Stations has been confirmed as the new fuel partner and will join the AA Smartfuel programme from Thursday August 1 2019.

GAS, combined with the already existing fuel partner BP, will provide more than 300 fuel sites nationwide. The full list of participating GAS sites will be announced online at the end of this month.

GAS is proud to be a 100 per cent locally owned brand and has a strong presence in regional and rural New Zealand. AA Smartfuel already has strong coverage in major towns and cities with their partner BP, and the addition of GAS enriches that coverage across all of New Zealand.

GAS will be offering a discount of at least six cents per litre every day when you spend $40 or more on fuel.

GAS managing director Tim Ellis says their network is excited to welcome AA Smartfuel customers.

'I have never seen our network so enthused and committed to a single initiative during my time with the company,” says Tim.

AA Smartfuel is the only rewards programme that enables New Zealanders to accumulate the biggest fuel discounts simply by shopping with some of NZ's leading brands, including BP, Countdown, Contact Energy and ASB Credit Cards.
