Residents and businesses along 11^th Ave will experience maintenance work from today.

Tauranga City Council says maintenance work on water mains will continue through to Sunday May 26.

'This work is carried out underground and will involve some heavy machinery.

'We apologise in advance for any noise disturbance you may experience, our contractor for this work Downer will endeavour to keep the noise to a minimum.

'This work by be postponed dependent on weather conditions.”
