There is good fun and bargains to be had today Saturday May 4 at the Evans Road Community Church Car Boot Sale and Car Wash.
From 7.30am – 11am owners of mobility scooters can test out their backing skills.
Phillip Rudolf will be playing his guitar, possibly by a Karaoke machine. The sign beside him will read: ‘You sing we play ' and ‘We sing, you play'.
'Phillip and I can possibly accompany you singing,” says Iain Bibby.

Slow biking competition
Cones will be set up near the car wash for the Slow Biking Contest. The slowest bike ride will earn the winner a $75 voucher donated by John and Leonie from My Ride Avanti. Congratulations to Mathew from Evans Road youth group, who had the best time last time.
Chairs and tables will be nearby where people can enjoy 'the cheapest, best, real coffee” and home baking.
Funds raised go towards helping support needy people in the Evans Rd church family and the wider Papamoa community says Iain.
