Car rolls after crashing with tractor

A car has rolled following a crash with a tractor on Thornton Road, in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, this evening.

A reporter who drove past the scene says the car has flipped and is in the paddock.

A police spokesperson says emergency services are working at the scene of the crash, near Greig Road.

"Police were called about 6.40pm.

"Initial indications are that one person may be seriously injrued. I undersand diversions have been put in place."

Need to consider incorporating Faraday protection in their builds. Means that their will be no cell phone reception within the vehicle until it is stopped and a door open. Easy as.
