A car has crashed into a traffic light pole on Cameron Road.
A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says police are off with a vehicle on the corner of Cameron Road and 23rd Ave.
"It looks like a traffic light post is down. It doesn't look like anyone is injured."
The caller says the car is off the road.
A police spokesperson says police received a call to the crash at 6.45am.
"A car crashed into a traffic light pole at the intersection of Cameron Road and 23rd Ave.
"No one has been injured. The traffic light has come down."

It might be a good idea to start putting pads around poles, just like in rugby... how is this happening at least once a week? Either these driver's need to re-sit their driving test, get an eye exam or stop txt driving... maybe all three!

Not sure about the 'easy rider' angle of the front seats. Not a safe driving angle at all.
