A lamp post is on a slight lean this morning after a car crashed into a lamp post in the Arataki area.
Emergency services are at the scene of the crash, which is on the corner of Girven Road and Paterson Street.
A police spokesperson says they were called to the scene around 7.20am.
A reporter at the scene says one person is being treated for what looks to be minor injuries.
One lane of the road is blocked as emergency services work to clear the crash scene.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
