A driver is in a critical condition following a crash on State Highway 1 in Tokoroa this morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash after a car and tanker truck crashed at 9.55am.
A police spokesperson says the driver of the car is in a critical condition and has been flown to Waikato Hospital.
'The driver of the truck was uninjured.”
'The road was opened soon after 1.30pm.”
