Motorists travelling between Bethlehem and Te Puna tonight are being warned to expect delays.
NZTA contractors will be carrying out pavement repairs on State Highway 2.
The works will be taking place from 7.30pm until 6am.
"A stop-go traffic management system will be in place with a 30km/h temporary speed restriction."
