No people have been hurt, following a crash between a cow and a logging truck on State Highway 29 near Tauriko.
A police media spokesperson says the crash happened just after 6.30am.
'Police received reports that two large black beasts were going on and off the road on SH29 Tauriko, between Cambridge Rd and Gargan Rd.
'Police were told one cow had been hit by a truck and that the other cow was taken into a paddock.
'No people were harmed.”
Council has been advised, says police.
