Help for diminished TGC board

The Ministry of Education has appointed a limited statutory manager for Tauranga Girls' College to assist with running the school after the simultaneous resignation of three board of trustee members in February.
Collene Roche will begin work at the school next week as the LSM and her first duty is to assess the situation and devise an action plan.

"The scoping can take a month," says Collene.
"I'm interested in what is going on related to the resignations."
Board of trustee chairman Ross Brown says the board welcomes the support of Collene as she will assist both the current board and the board to be elected in the May election.
Board members Mike Horsley and Eddie Bauckham, and chairperson Judith Logan resigned citing 'significant issues' with the school's principal Pauline Cowens as their reason.
Their resignations were tendered while Pauline was overseas and the former board members have remained quiet about the detail of their 'significant issues'.

i personally think that Mrs Cowens is the whole problem...... she should just quit but i do not think she will be doing that soon . All she has done is cause trouble the school will run better without her.
