Ewe ripper!

Bay of Plenty Polytechnic announced the winner of its Ewe in the Baaay competition today, declaring the Dolman family of Paengaroa truly showed the Bay spirit in their winning entry. With dozens of entries it was a tough choice for the judges but the Dolman's entry really stood out.

Comprised of Jarvis, 8, Malachi, 7, Brijana, 5, and Sienna, 3, and proud Oma, Penny Dolman, the family truly showed the true meaning of summer fun in the Bay with their series of six photos depicting Ewe's having fun out and about in the Bay in a variety of poses.

'It's been a wonderful competition,” said Penny Dolman.

'We'd like to thank Bay of Plenty Polytechnic, along with the Sebel, Briar's Horse Trek, Waimarino and Dolphin Seafaris – it's a prize package every member of our family will enjoy.”

The Ewe in the Baaay competition, run in conjunction with Tourism Bay of Plenty, was open to anyone living or visiting the Bay with aim of promoting local attractions.
