The Tauranga City Council Mayoral candidates are spending Wednesday night at No.1 The Strand Bar and Restaurant debating the issues that face the city.
The SunLive and 93.4 MoreFM Mayoral Debate is a media event for the candidates with an invited cross section of the community as audience. It is closed to the public.

As well as immediate coverage of the event on SunLive, Thursday morning's MoreFM Breakfast show will discuss the night and it will be broadcast on TV Central on Friday night at 8.05pm. This is viewable on Freeview channel 30 and on the UHF band.
It is also scheduled to be repeated on Saturday, September 25 at 2pm and on Sunday, September 26 at 10pm.
Video footage of the event will be available on SunLive immediately following the debate with written analysis to match.
