It is with great sadness John passed away peacefully at home on 28^th October 2026, 2 days before his birthday, after a long illness. Dearly loved husband of Margaret for 47 years. Adored Dad of Vanessa and Poppa to Adira. Much loved Dad of Maxine, Paul and Jared. Father in law of Peg and Desma, and Poppa of AJ, George, William and Tilly. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Waipuna Hospice for their care.
