It is beyond belief how, on a newly constructed roundabout, how these things happen? Oh yes, i forgot, traveling too fast and not driving to the conditions. Typical!
Why are we…

…seeing so many trucks rolling? Was this on the rotary island? I can’t believe an experienced driver would roll a modern truck, so was the driver experienced?
Just saying…

Roundabout

This is typical of new roundabouts in New Zealand where the camber on the road slopes the wrong way so that any vehicle going around them are actually helping any vehicle to spin out or rollover. If the road sloped in towards the center of the roundabout these issues could be minimized. Just common sense when designing roundabouts.

Roundabouts cambered towards the centre are otherwise known as lakes. Just sayin. Drivers need to drive to the conditions, particularly condition of the road, camber and all.
Slow Down

Don't be so fast to blame the driver. Was it a medical event, mechanical event/failure, were they cut off, as NZoldkiwi says - was it roading issues?
Dangerous truck drivers!!

I'm sick of these dangerous truck drivers driving at dangerous speeds past country schools when it even has a 50kph sign, an when they should be slowing down at roundabouts I see them racing down the hill or flying onto the toll road with no space for error... It's the fault of their dangerous speed and they make me and many other parents feel threatened on the road when we're slowing down to pull into our child's school, it's unbelievable an needs serious action taken before they harm other vulnerable road users!!
Oh dear

Using roundabout in a main arterial road that is used heavily by trucking freight companies was a poor option-there will always be major traffic backlog from both sides of kaimai if any accident occurs on these
