Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash near Te Puke.
Police were advised of a crash involving a car and a motorbike on Te Puke Highway at 4.35pm.
"One lane is blocked," says a police spokesperson.
Police say the motorcyclist has serious injuries.
Motorists are advised to expect delays, delay travel or take alternative routes.
