That the Police and Roading authorities in New Zealand got their acts together !! In Aussie with a non-death accident the various state Gments require that major roads be "cleared" and open to traffic within 30 minutes of the Ambos arriving on scene. Basically take the photos and CLEAR THE ROAD ASAP Seems that in New Zealand 6 - 7 - 8 hours is the norm!!

The 15th Avenue Cameron Rd intersection is a death trap for visitors. I have seen many close shaves on that section of the road.
