Three people have been taken to hospital following a crash in the Bay of Plenty.

Emergency services were called to the single vehicle crash on Braemar road, Manawahe, before 5pm.

A police spokesperson says three people have been flown to hospital.

Injuries reported range from minor to moderate.t

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
