Motorists are being told to expect delays following a serious crash on SH30 Tikitere to Rotoma.
"A serious incident has been reported to emergency services in this area. Delays are possible," says a Waka Kotahi/NZTA spokesperson.
Police recieved the report at 4.45pm, according to a police spokesperson.
"Four people have sustained serious injuries," says the police spokesperson.
"Motorists are advised to expect delays while the scene is cleared.
"Police thank motorists for their patience."
