Emergency services are at the scene of a three-vehicle crash on State Highway 29 in the Kaimai range.
Police were notified of a crash involving three vehicles at the intersection of SH29 and Poripori Road around 10.20am.
"There are no reports of serious injury or traffic blockage," says a Police spokesperson.

If NZTA or Waka Kotahi were serious about vehicle safety at this intersection they would re-design the intersection and not just put up 70km/h temporary signs which most drivers just ignore.

One day, in the far distant future, the powers that be will see the sense in pushing a hole for traffic through the Kaimais. A rail tunnel in Auckland has a greater priority.
