State Highway 30 is closed due to multiple fallen trees lying across the highway.

SH30 is closed from Tikitere to Rotoma, says a Waka Kotahi NZTA spokesperson.

"Please follow the detour in place."

Motorists are advised to use SH34, SH2 and SH33 as an alternative route until further notice.
