State Highway 25 between Coromandel and Te Rerenga has reopened following a large slip earlier this week.
NZTA Waka Kotahi advise continuing to drive through the area with care.
The road has been closed since Monday, July 25, after wild weather caused many slips within the region.

Road workers were hopeful for opening the road on Wednesday, but poor weather conditions caused further delays.
