Truman Lane reopens following crash

Update, 10.55am: Traffic along Truman Lane is now flowing again following an earlier two-car crash.

A caller to SunLive says both lanes are open and traffic is moving freely.

Police says one person has been moderately injured and another with minor injuries following a two-vehicle crash at about 9.40am.

Earlier, 10.02am:
Traffic is warned to expect delays following a crash near Baypark at Te Maunga.

Police say they received a report of the two-car crash at about 9.40am.

"One person is moderately injured, another with minor injuries," says a Police spokesperson.

Police say that Truman Lane is partially blocked and a tow is being arranged for one of the cars.

A caller to SunLive says that a car has hit a barrier at the roundabout near Baypark and the traffic flow is being affected.

"There are two police cars and two ambulances there. A fire truck has been and now gone," says a SunLive reader.

"Anyone trying to get into Truman Lane is being redirected to go along Sandhurst instead."

Motorists are advised to take care passing the scene and to expect traffic delays.
