The Tauranga Harbour Bridge will be reduced to one lane for road users heading towards Tauranga from 6pm until 5am during July.
From Sunday, July 3, until Sunday, July 31, the two westbound lanes will be reduced to one lane to enable scaffolding to be erected and inspections and repairs to be carried out under the bridge.
Due to all work happening at nights, Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency does not expect any significant disruption to traffic.
"Some of the above works are weather dependent and may be postponed in the case of poor weather," says a spokesperson for the weather organisation.
