There have been two vehicle crashes in Tauranga on Thursday morning.

One crash involved a car hitting a parked car on Thirteenth Avenue, and the other involved a vehicle and a truck in Pāpāmoa.

Police received a report of a crash involving a vehicle and a truck at the corner of Bell Road and Parton Road at around 9.30am.

"One person received moderate injuries," says a Police spokesperson.

Police also received a report of a crash at 9.40am where a car hit a parked car on Thirteenth Ave.

There don't appear to be any serious injuries with that crash, says a Police spokesperson.
