"The broken down vehicle has been removed from the bridge," says a spokesperson.
"There is still considerable congestion along Hewletts Road and side roads."
"Motorists can expect delays until the backlog of traffic clears."

Mass traffic delays are being reported on the Tauranga Harbour Bridge.
A Tauranga City Council spokesperson says a vehicle has broken down on the Harbour Bridge in the Tauranga bound lane.
"One lane is blocked.
"Traffic is still slowly moving, but it is causing congestion.
"People are being warned to expect delays or avoid the area if possible.

if only 4/10 people in Tauranga knew how to merge and drove like they actually have a license. the new road to zero ad is rubbish.
