One person has suffered minor injuries following a three car crash on Hewletts Road.

A photo sent to SunLive shows a vehicle that has been significantly damaged.

"This was a three car crash on Hewletts Road at about 2.45pm, and one person has suffered minor injuries," says a police spokesperson.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
