UPDATE: Two cars have been involved in a crash on State Highway 2 near Minden.

Police have informed SunLive that there are no injuries in relation to this crash.

The crash occurred at 3.10pm.

"While there is some obstruction to the road, I understand traffic is able to get around," says a police statement.

EARLIER 3.22pm: Traffic delays are being reported on State Highway 2, near Te Puna following reports of a crash.

A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says traffic is backing up between the Te Puna roundabout and Clarke Road.

"There looks to be a crash near the roundabout.

"People should expect delays."

Google's live traffic reporting is showing delays in the area.
