The People's Gallery at Tauranga Historic Village is presenting '113' - the annual fundraising group show where all works are only $113 each. This exhibition is on until December 20 and runs from 10am - 3pm on weekdays and from 10am - 2pm on weekends.
With a sunny fine day ahead, it's looking like the perfect evening to have dinner in the park at Matua Park this evening from 5.30pm - 8.30pm, with the weekly artisan food market and live music.
The Tauranga Civic Choir will be singing at the Mount Farmers Market this morning, with Santa Claus also putting in an appearance there on Mount Mainstreet. The Mount Farmers Market is happening downtown the Mount from 8am - 12pm with fresh fruit and vegetables, herbs, salands, flowers, freshly baked bread and pastries, as well as an artisan product range of honey, kombucha, olive oil and more. Bring your dog down for a dog treat.
For more Christmas carol singing, head along to St Georges Anglican Church in Gate Pa, bringing your mask, blanket or chair for a celebration of carols from around the world, from 4pm - 5pm.
In Katikati Santa's Christmas Grotto is open today at The Arts Junction from 10am - 2pm. Admission is by a Wishing Well donation
Te Puke Anglican Church are hosting 'Carols on the Driveway' at 47 Jocelyn St from 5pm. Bring your mask, a can for foodbank, a hat and bottle of water.
The Papamoa Lions Market is on today at the Gordon Spratt Reserve, Papamoa from 8am - 12pm, and the Little Big Markets are at Coronation Park at Mount Maunganui, and open from 9am - 2pm.
In Welcome Bay, the Ngapeke Kakariki Market is being held at Kaiwha Road in Welcome Back from 1pm - 5pm. This local market features producers and suppliers of fresh sustainably grown and sourced food and products.
Pepi Toot Beach Express.
Pepi Toot is out and about today at Mount Maunganui. Leaving from outside Spongedrop Cafe in Salisbury Ave, the train takes in local views of both beaches as well as Mount Mainstreet. Pepi Toot operates from 10am - 2pm. Click here for more information
