We recently visited the Baypark Covid-19 Vaccination Centre for our first ‘jab' and came away with a really good feeling about the whole experience.

The process was very well organised but, most of all, every person who dealt with us from the man at the entrance gate to the lady at the exit station, could not have been more considerate or helpful.

At every stage we were made to feel as if we were the only ones that they had to deal with that day.

A very big thank you to all of you, not forgetting the lady with whom we made our telephone appointment bookings. You are all a credit to the DHB.
