Three new arrivals standing in a row,
Three gifts from Council wanting us to know
That whether we're in favour or whether we are not
Three plastic rubbish bins are exactly what we've got.
Two of them go outside and one of them goes in,
and each has regulations as to what goes in the bin;
You've got a year to manage, but I bet you twenty quid
That half the population won't read what's on the lid.
