What was achieved?

How unfortunate that the headline above the picture of Todd 'laser focused/National gets stuff done/move at pace' Muller is 'The Bay deserves better' [The Weekend Sun candidate profile, September 11, p11].

Taking careful note of what was actually achieved under the previous National Government, I know what bit of the article I believe!
