No, it was all done in camera and with no consultation with the ratepayers.

Did they pick the same ‘Pay as You Throw' system as WBOP and Napier?

All indications are that TCC did not and chose a compulsory more expensive scheme.

We, the ratepayers are going to pay, yet we are treated as mushrooms.

Who buys something without knowing what it is and what it costs?
