In response to the letter ‘Drain the TCC swamp' from R Paterson (The Weekend Sun, January 17, page 26).
As the secretary of the Grand Pacific Apartments' Body Corporate I would like to point out to Sun readers who read these letters that we have not had any issues involving the TCC and suggest that R Paterson is more careful to ensure that his facts are correct before going to print in a public forum in future.
This sort of comment can lead to a loss in value and confidence in the apartment market which is hard to regain.
