Dog registration bites

When dealing with the Western Bay of Plenty District Council they keep producing more rules.

On October 21, I went to the WBOPDC to register two sheep dog pups at three months of age.

I was told I couldn't register them until they had been checked out to see if they were working dogs.

I waited three weeks and nobody came to look at the pups.

I went back in to check on progress. I was told I had to pay the full price (there was only eight months to pay) for the working dogs and they would adjust the fee next July.

So they are holding my money and no interest and don't give a refund.

They will adjust the price next year when I register my working dogs.
