Reports are coming in of a crash on Cameron Road in Tauranga.
A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says it appears a pedestrian has been hit by a vehicle near 10th Ave.
"There are people helping at the scene and someone is lying on the road with a blanket on them.
"Not sure how serious it it, but people might want to avoid the area."
SunLive has contacted police for more information and will update this story as soon as we have something more.
