Keith Park was a military leader and during his tenure as head of the air force, anyone caught in a homosexual act while in any force was court-martialled and could and often were sent to military prison. Should we demand that statue be taken down?

In the UK the ban on gay people serving in the forces was only lifted as recently as the year 2000.
