UPDATED: 11.51AM: One person has been arrested this morning in Greerton.

A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says it happened on Marshall Ave, near Barkes Corner.

A police spokesperson says it was an arrest warrent on Marshall Ave.

"It should be wrapped up now or very shortly."

EARLIER:

Reports are coming in of armed offenders that have been spotted in the Greerton area.

A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says there are multiple police units and they are armed.

"They are on Marshall Ave."
