No pleasing some people

RE: R Paterson’s letter ‘Peddling trouble’, The Weekend Sun, December 14. R Paterson seems illogical and ungrateful as the dysfunctional United Nations Global Migration Compact would surely do him a great service and allow him go as a refugee to anywhere he wishes.

He could escape our Prime Minster who “can’t govern’, can’t control her cabinet” and that deputy joker Peters. Plus their “inane schemes with the socialist/leftist philosophy of failure and ignorance. The lack of openness, transparency, honesty and accountability”.

Not only that, he can also escape “the duplicitous National Party”.

I would have thought he would welcome the chance to go someplace else? There’s no pleasing some people. I’m sure many, many people would gladly swap places with him.

P Dolden, Papamoa.
