Book lovers’ haven at the Mount

There's good news for those of you who'd rather bury your nose in a great read this weekend.

One of New Zealand's largest second hand book sales, which has over 100,000 items, is happening this Easter in Mount Maunganui at the Tauranga Rotary Easter book sale.

It's not just books either, the book sale also has thousands of records, CDS, DVDs, magazines, jigsaw puzzles and sheet music.

To conclude it all, there's also a silent Auction/Tender for rare books closing midday Easter Monday.

Eftpos is available and more than 20 cashiers are on the check out, meaning you won't be in line for too long.

The sale is on today between 9am-4.30pm and tomorrow from 9am-4pm at the Seeka Coolstore, Harvard Way, Mount Maunganui.

The obvious conclusion that one easy draws from this. The second is that a simple and chepa cost shed is all that is needed, not a flash over teh top and expensive massive building on prime land in the CBD.
