A 62 year old Katikati woman suffered multiple fractures in a fall from a horse on Wednesday afternoon.

The accident happened on a farm north west of Hamilton about 5pm. She was treated by St John Ambulance staff at the scene before being flown to Waikato Hospital by the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
