The University of Waikato is conducting research into the use of prescription and non-prescription drugs while driving in New Zealand.
This purpose of the survey is to find out what types of drugs and medicines people take before driving, the types of driving people do, and peoples' perceptions of how drugs may affect driving.

The survey is completely anonymous, responses do not include any identifying information about you and there is no way to identify you from your responses.
It takes about 15 minutes to complete but you are able to stop the survey at any stage by closing the browser.
The research has received ethical approval from the School of Psychology Ethics Committee at the University of Waikato with funding from the NZ Transport Agency.
