Bayfair unveils new entrance

The new entrance to Bayfair Shopping Centre opens Thursday morning with the unveiling of the mall's first stage of its $15 million refurbishment.
As well as the new entrance at the front of the shopping centre, new store, JB Hi-Fi is ready.
This store is a home entertainment goods seller and carries items such as televisions, computers, DVDs, CDs and video games.

JB Hi-Fi general manager Adam Baldwin says Bayfair Shopping Centre appeals to JB Hi-Fi because it offers shoppers the best selection of stores in the Bay of Plenty.
"Customers can expect a huge range, the best brands and cheap prices at JB Hi-Fi, and will be thrilled by the most exciting and unique retail experience in New Zealand."
Other new stores opening are bargain retailer The 123 Mart and Chii Health and Beauty.
"Our shoppers love variety and new retailers are always well-received, and the timing of the opening, just before Christmas, is opportune - when people are starting to get excited about the long-awaited summer months and the holiday season," says Bayfair Shopping Centre manager Andrew Wadsworth.

Bayfair is also welcoming back many of its existing retailers, which either closed temporarily during the refurbishment, or operated from a temporary location. Hardy's Healthy Living, Tank Juice Bar, Subway, Silvermoon, Rodney Wayne, Blueberry and Pero's Hairtek will be trading from their new locations in the centre.
"It is fantastic to see confidence amongst our retailers and many moving into new locations," says Andrew.
"In particular, this is a positive move for jewellery retailer Silvermoon, which has chosen to upgrade from a kiosk format to a full store."
Silvermoon operations manager Lee Milne says the new destination store will give shoppers even more choice in designer and fashion jewellery, including enticing options from A & C, Guess, Pandora and New Zealand designer Boh Runga.
"Bayfair Shopping Centre delivers a unique shopping experience that caters for all. Silvermoon reflects that diversity, offering a large range of New Zealand made products and quality fashion jewellery from around the world."
Whitcoulls and ANZ have also benefited from the refurbishment, donning new store frontages and creating an additional entry to their stores.

Reopening at the end of October are Nandos and Saaj Indian Cuisine.
