Voyager of the Seas is a 15-deck mega cruiseliner that first visited Tauranga on November 29 last year.
It is 137,270 tonnes and features an indoor basketball court, 10 swimming pools, whirlpools, 14 bars, a rock climbing wall, golf simulator and an indoor designer shopping promenade.

Celebrity Solstice is one of the more decorated ships operating cruises to Tauranga, according to its charterer's website.
The 122,000 tonne ship boasts fine dining restaurants, a hot glass show, speciality staterooms, an Aquaspa and extensive shopping outlets.
Today's visitors are two of the 84 cruise ships scheduled to visit the Port of Tauranga this summer, bringing in an estimated 200,000 passengers and crew.
Crew from both ships will compete in the Royal Caribbean Cruises versus Celebrity Cruises NZ Cruise Games taking place at Coronation Park at 3pm today.
Both ships are scheduled to leave Tauranga tonight, at 8.30pm and 8.45pm. Viewing is recommended from Pilot Bay.

7000 Passengers, 3000 Crew all looking for someone to tell them the story of Tauranga Moana - and the ISITE right next door is closed. What a sad shame......

Yap it looks just like that:)trip on ship is great, meeting new people, being taken to port's, sleeping in the same bed, having bed's made, Dinner made, chancing were to eat going from port to port, it's cheaper then on land at the same place for 2 week's,, this is a great way to travel and see place's, then you can go back again. What's better then a flowing bed and moving from port to port:)
