Passed peacefully at home on 24 February 2026. Husband of the late Anne Blackmore, and former husband of Mavis.

Loved father of Carol and Harold, Diane, Ian and Maridol, and Nadine. Cherished brother of Graeme and Jude, and Brian and Jill of Paengoroa, and the late Noel.

Granddad of Josh and Tracey, Matt and Ally, Samara and Jahra, Alyssa and Phoenix, and Tylah and Brayden. Great-grandfather of five.

A service to celebrate Dad’s life will be held at 2:00pm at Pyes Pa Memorial Park Chapel, 403 Pyes Pa Road, Tauranga, on Monday 2 March.
