Reports are coming in of a crash on State Highway 29.
A SunLive reader has emailed in to say a car has gone over the bank in the Kaimai Summitt.
They say it is on the Tauranga side of the summit, right after the final passing lane heading towards Waiakto.
"Looks like police have been called heaps of people stopped to help and on phone."
A police spokesperson says they received a report of a two-vehicle crash in the Kaimai area, near Old Kaimai Road.
"There are no injuries or road blocakages."

Kaimais speed limits ignored

I drove over the Kaimais on Sunday, and there was fog and rain and very poor conditions. The variable speed limit was set to 60kph and I just sat around that speed.
I was being passed by everyone! Not a single other driver was respecting the limit, and some were likely going close to 100kph as they passed me.
Kaimai speed limits are a joke.
