Emergency services are responding to the scene of a vehicle collision at Eleventh Avenue in Tauranga.

"There was a two-car crash at the intersection of Waihi Road and Eleventh Ave, reported to Police just after 8am," says a police spokesperson.

"Both cars are blocking Eleventh Ave and towing is being arranged by the drivers.

"There are no reports of injuries."

Police also received reports on Saturday night about a logging truck/trailer parked on the verge on Takitimu Drive, blocking toll signage.

"Police checked and it was well clear of the lanes," says a police spokesperson.
