I have observed many times where truckies travel too fast. Be interested to see if this accident was caused by speed, inattention, inexperience or mechanical problem. .

I travel extensively on the roads and I get concerned at some of the manner in which some truckies ( and drivers in general) drive. Given the influx of trucks on the road and labour shortages generally. I can only assume that there are a lot of inexperienced truck drivers on the roads. I know of at least one container port in NZ that has had to change their traffic flow management due to some drivers being unable to reverse their trailers.
