Emergency services are at the scene of a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 33 Paengaroa.

Police were called to the incident at 6.20pm.

A police spokesperson says there are "no significant injuries" to report.

"It does look like the road was blocked for a time but tows were called for the cars."

According to Google Maps, traffic is moving slowly in the area.
