Emergency services are responding to the scene of a crash on State Highway 29, Kaimai Range.

Police report they have been alerted to the crash about 7.20pm.

"Two vehicles were involved and one person has minor to moderate injuries," says a police spokesperson.

"The road doesn't appear to be blocked."
