The Greerton Cherry Blossom Festival in Greerton Village from 10am - 2pm today will have something for everyone. Street Machines and Customs will be bringing their cars for a car show, Greerton Village School has their gala, there will be performances, bouncy castles, circus workshops, live music in the village square, a roving performer, an auction at 12pm in the village square and much more.

The Chinese Moon Festival is being celebrated in Bethlehem today Saturday, September 24 from 4.30pm-7pm at Bethlehem College Performing Arts Centre – however an RSVP to book a free ticket is required first by emailing: [email protected].

Come and see the Otumoetai College Senior Art Exhibition at Tauranga Historic Village in 17th Avenue. This is the first inaugural external exhibition, held outside of the school by the senior students at Otumoetai College - Year 11, 12 and 13. The students have prepared their own exhibition including selection of artwork and pricing. They will also staff the exhibition during the weekend gaining valuable experience in how exhibitions work and giving them the opportunity to talk to the public about their art. Some artwork will be for sale and you will need to get in quick as past students' work has sold very quickly. The exhibition is being held in The People's Gallery - Toi ka rere from Saturday September 17 to the October 9. Open 10am-3pm weekdays and 10am-2pm weekends.
